Since 1978, the East Texas Crisis Center has worked to provide HOPE to survivors. These efforts are made by providing emergency shelter, counseling, advocacy, support groups, and doing whatever it takes to meet their needs. With your support, the East Texas Crisis Center is able to continue to keep survivors safe, help them move toward a path of healing, and work to end violence in our community.
The ETCC provides residential and nonresidential advocate and counseling support. In 2023 the ETCC served five counties taking 3,956 Emergency Hotline calls. There were 1,297 victims and 22,233 direct client services provided. With 967 victims in Smith County| 201 in Henderson County | 69 in Wood County | 52 in Van Zandt County | 8 victims in Rains County.
