Crossroads has been a primary source of care in the East Texas areas. Patients are accepted if they are insured, uninsured, and underinsured. We accept most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare and there are discounts and payment assistance programs available for those who qualify. Three clinic locations serve 8,100 patients annually with over 23,000 visits for medical, dental, or behavioral health services, and patients of all ages. Over 41% of the patients that visit Crossroads Family Care are uninsured, but we are able to provide access quality affordable health care services.
