The Caddo Area Council serves more than 1,650 boys and girls in ten counties in Southwest Arkansas and Northeast Texas, including: Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little River, Miller, Nevada, Polk, Sevier, Bowie and Cass. Our council programs are led by over 300 adult volunteer leaders who are making a difference is the lives of our families, for a lifetime. The Caddo Area Council had an increase of 7% in membership in 2024. That ranked 31st in the nation out of over 230 Councils.
